With over 30 years of experience, the Highwayman Inn & Conference Centre is your event solution.  Whether your doing business, getting married, or hosting a reunion, our staff is there to take care of every detail.  We offer a total of 7 meeting, conference & break out rooms.  Our Group Sales & Conference Manager has the knowledge and expertise to satisfy every aspect of your vision for the event, making the process worry and hassle free. 

Conference & day meeting packages are available or we can create a custom event to tailor to you.  A number of menu options are provided including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and refreshments.  If a change of scenery is welcomed try McCabe’s Eatery & Lounge, our in-house restaurant.

Segwun Room
When focus is key, this formal boardroom setting is ideal for your next meeting. This room also includes a small kitchenette and private washroom. Plenty of natural light will help keep your group alert and energized.

Carmichael Room
This hospitality suite combines a guestroom and meeting room in one and provides an informal setting for groups whether business or leisure.

Georgian Room
Our smallest boardroom, with seating for up to 12 people, is perfect for brainstorming sessions and small presentations alike.

Leacock Room
One of our main ballrooms, the Leacock is actually three rooms in one. It encompasses the North section, Centre and South for the greatest flexibility in capacity and purpose. Each space can be separated with portable frosted glass walls that are hidden away when not in use. Capacity: up to 140 people depending on set-up style.

Leacock North
The largest section of all the Leacock Rooms, this space is ideal for mid-size lectures, educational workshops or a small dinner banquet.

Leacock Centre
Used in conjunction with the North and South Sections, this space works well as a food & beverage service area. Groups can then break for a meal without disturbing their materials and meeting space. Capacity: 10 to 40 people depending on set-up style.

Leacock South
This small meeting space can accommodate a number of different set-up styles including theatre; classroom and U-shape for more intimately sized events. Capacity: 10 - 40 people depending on set-up style.

Simcoe Room
Our largest ballroom offers an elegant decor that is tastefully decorated. Perfect for a large meeting or conference, spacious is the best word to describe it. Capacity: up to 200 people depending on set-up style.

Banquet Foyer
This common area between the Simcoe, Georgian and Leacock Rooms can be reserved for a pre-reception cocktail hour, display area for trade shows or registration for conferences. Capacity: up to 70 people depending on set-up style.
